We are pleased to offer  FREE on domestic U.S. orders over $100!

Orders are generally processed within 2 business days of purchase and arrive within 4-8 business days post-shipment.

If you require faster shipping, please email, and we’ll let you know what expedited shipping options are available.

Expedited 2-day Shipping:

Estimated arrival: Second business day. Only available on in-stock orders and must select shipping option at checkout. Rush orders placed before 9 AM CST Monday-Friday will be shipped 
out the same day. We do not ship to P.O. boxes.

If you are an international customer or would like to ship an item outside the U.S., please email for further delivery cost information.

Return & Exchange Policy
Online Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can send it back within 14 days for a refund or credit. After 14 days, the item becomes the final sale. 

Please Note

The item must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged with the original tags attached. It must also be in the original packaging and without any makeup stains. If stains are found, Mondri Style has the right to ship the item back without a refund. 

 We reserve the right to refuse the return if received in an unacceptable condition.

 We cannot process any products that are returned without our prior knowledge.

We are not liable for return item(s) that are lost or damaged.

The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and has to provide a tracking number in order to receive a full refund.

If you are shipping an item over $100, you should consider using a track-able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.​


Sale items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

How to return:

1. Contact within 3 days upon receiving your order.

2. Once we have approved your request, we will provide you with a return address. Customers should pay the shipping fee to send the dress back.

3. When we receive the returned package, the item(s) will be inspected to ensure it is in the original condition and has the issues stated in the return request.

4. Once confirmed, the refund will be credited back to the original payment method within 10-15 days (the processing time depends on your payment method and bank).
